I played the course Saturday 9/12/2009, and I'm sorry to say the course was without a doubt, the poorest conditioned golf course I have ever played, and I believe it's a real shame, because it is a really good layout and the greens were very good for a public course, and from what I've heard this was once a really good course, but due to the location of the course, I don't believe it gets enough play to generate the revenue necessary to maintain the course, there is almost as much dirt has there is grass, the bunkers are more dirt than sand, and could be hard at one end really soft at the other end, or possibly even mud, the fairways were very inconsistent, there would be 10 yards of grass, followed by 10 yards of thin dry grass on top of very hard dirt, and I think it's a real shame that because of the condition of the course and it's location, it will never make enough money to reach the potential this course has.
