Eaglee and I also played here on Tuesday. It was our first stop early in the morning. When we arrived a little after 7:00, there was nobody else there but the guy working in the pro shop. Some players started to flow in not long after us, but we were first off and enjoyed our own quick pace. $11 to walk 9 holes.

The course was in OK condition. Not anything too great, but not bad for a cheap little par-3 course. Some greens were more chewed up than others (the 7th comes to mind as pretty terrible), but most were decent enough.

This course is located right next to the beach, but there are no elevated points (very flat), a big brick wall and some sand dunes to obscure any water views. It was really foggy that morning, so that didn't help either. The other side of the course is bordered by a mobile home park. Decent par-3 layout with a mix of lengths and a few water hazards in play. Lots of water fowl (egrets, etc.) hanging around the ponds.
