Played Monday so lucky only 85 out with a small breeze. If you never played here it is an inland links style course, very few trees and most holes right in front of you. Greens were very true and some are very large , a few had breaks but most putts ran very straight. On Tuesday played Mission Lakes in Desert Hot Springs. They had a shoot gun start at 7:30. Course is in great shape, fairways have good coverage and still green, Greens were almost completely recovered from punch and a bit slow but very true. Bunkers around greens have very playable sand. Made it out early 6/7/26. Arrived about a half-hour early, checked in and there was no one working the carts. Some other golfers and I were directed to walk down to the cart room and un-plug whichever cart we wanted. I thought about taking the 6-seater but I am not 17 anymore. Met up with ABBACAT yesterday and played the Stonehouse/Oaks combo at Temecula Creek on a picture-perfect day. Mid-to-low 70s temperature-wise but the steady 15-20 MPH wind…which, for the majority of the round, was against us…made for quite a challenge.

Mid morning Oaks/Creek nines 4.5 hour round on a very windy day. The staff and pro shop are really nice. The practice facilities are adequate and well maintained. The tee boxes were all in good level shape with the exception of the par three holes. The second hole on the Creek was almost solid unfilled divots.
