Played mid-afternoon on Sunday. Walked right on, only had one group tee off before I was able to. Golf course is in decent shape, although there was some standing water in low lying areas off the fairways. The tee boxes and greens both showed wear and tear, with the greens being in worse shape than I've seen in a while. The problem seems to be that they are too wet and even with soft spikes, there were a lot of marks from peoples shoes, especially around the cup. Pace of play was pretty decent, finished in a little over 4 hours with groups stacking up a little on the last 4-5 holes. There was no one behind me until the 16th hole when I saw them back finishing 14. They didn't really catch up to me, but I think that was only because they were playing a little slow.
