Played today and wanted to give update of the current course conditions. The course is in very good shape except for the greens.
The greens were just aerated last week and are still bumpy. They still have some sand residue present. Balls were not rolling true and speed was inconsistent. I predict the greens will be perfect in about 2 weeks. POP just slightly over 4 hours.

Just finished playing Mile Square. I agree with the prior reviewer. The course is pretty much green all around. They have also filled the sand traps with new sand. POP was a little bit over 4 hours. At $61 riding, it is a little pricey but is one of the lower priced courses for the OC.

Played several days ago. It was a warm day, but the breeze made it nice. I want to give kudos to the course as they are starting to try and fix some of the course issues. First off the starter kept all the players in line and would not let any groups on the first tee until the group was on the fairway. He kept several players from cutting in line before their tee time.

The course is finally filling in the greenside bunkers with sand. Fairways are decent but dormant. Greens are the best part of the course. Front 9 greens were fast and would not hold shots. The back 9 were not as fast. POP was a little over 4.5 hours.

Played yesterday. Course was busy and we teed off 10 minutes behind booked tee time. Pace picked up after the 3rd hole and did not back up until the 17th. POP was about 4.5 hours.

The North course was aerated about 3 weeks ago. The greens are still bumpy and aeration holes are still visible, but most of the sand has disappeared. Fairways are the nicest I've seen in awhile. Several tee boxes are being re soded and were moved up. Bunkers are still very hard and barely have any sand.
FYI South course is being aerated next week per the pro shop.

Finally had to opportunity to play Tijeras after waiting to find a decent tee time. I don't know why I keep renewing my creek card membership. Members used to have 2 weeks advanced booking of tee times, now it's down to 6. Last year we only played 4 times, due to not finding available tee times. By the time members get to book most of all the decent tee times are gone.

Anyway, the course is in great condition from fairways to greens. Some tee boxes had some divot damage but not extreme. Rough was just slightly higher than a golf ball and at times balls would get lost if it sat low in the rough. Greenside bunkers had good amount of sand.
Green was very nice and rolled fast. As usual staff is great.

Only course I could find a decent tee time, so we ended up playing here last Wednesday. Noticed several groups waiting on the 1st tee box, should have known as there is no starter to get players started. Teed off 10 minutes past scheduled time due to wait.

Approached 1st green and noticed the greens have all been sanded enough that you left footprints on the green. I wish that the pro-shop would have mentioned the conditions when checking in. Rest of the course was decent except for the sand traps, which were hard dirt and rocks.

POP was terrible, over 5 hours. One tee box had 4 groups waiting on a Par 5. No Marshall to move players along. Makes for a very long day.

Played today with an early 8am tee time. It was like playing golf in the dark. Fog was so thick it was hard to see the group in front and the green. Luckily we did not hit anyone. Fog lifted about halfway through the front 9. The course is what is expected for a muni-course. Greens are the best part of the course. They rolled true and fast. POP was around 4.5 hours but that was due to the early fog.

Played today under cloudy skies and cold weather. POP was at 4 hours. Course is in nice condition. Lots of fluffy sand in the greenside bunkers. Greens were fast and rolled true. Fairways were tightlies. Rough was a little high, had to take a couple of passes to find your ball. Staff her is always friendly and welcoming.

Played yesterday. Course is in decent condition. The greens were the best part of the course. Most traps are still dirt and rocks. #3 and ##11 were cart path only. POP was a grueling 5 hours and course Marshall did not do anything about the group in front of us that were at least a hole behind. This caused the groups to back up and at times had 2 groups waiting to tee off.

Played day after Thanksgiving and decided to walk to burn off all the Thanksgiving food. We finished in just slightly over 4 hours. Course was busy but no waiting on any of the holes. Course is in good condition. Greens are very nice and rolled true med-fast. Some Tees had divot damage. Fairways were green but people need to fill divot holes. Sand traps were okay with enough sand to get out. Most of the lakes have dried out. We were told that 2 of the 3 wells on the course had collapsed.

Haven't played Green River in over a year, due to the construction and conditions of the course. Played Monday and I have to say the course is in a lot better condition. All holes are open. The greens are the best I have seen them in years. #1 green is still not great but the rest of the greens are very good. They rolled true Med-fast. The fairways were green and barely any bare spots. The tee boxes are a little rough, due to amount of play. Sand traps did have small rocks and barely any sand. Staff is great.

Had the opportunity to play Soboba this week. First time playing this course.
The course is in very nice to great condition. Sand traps had a good amount of fluffy sand. Greens were great and rolled true/ med-fast. Fairways were green and balls rolled when they landed. Rough was lush and balls were hard to find if you landed in them.. This did cause some delay. One of the best conditions I've seen in any course in the Inland Empire. Long drive to get there but worth it.

Great staff at the grill as they were bombarded with orders but kept a good sense of humor.

I suggest staying the night at the Soboba Casino Hotel if you have a long drive.
