A nice course for the beginner or intermediate golfer. The course is kept in good shape and though not the most challenging course it can be difficult for the golfer who lacks control as the entire course winds through a housing unit so fairways can be narrow. My son and I can play it in a little over three hours unless slowed by other players. Three sets of tees make it accessible for just about any golfer.
