Played this course for the first time in a while. The course is in much better shape then in the past, and the greens were decent (no evidence of sanding). I enjoy the course because it isn't that long (except for 17) but it is still challanging. There aren't many trees, but lots of enviornmental areas to get you into trouble.

The pro shop staff, as well as everyone else are very pleasant and easy to deal with. Need to go back more often.

The only thing I can say good about this course is the greens are in good shape. They are big, with lots of undulations, and can be difficult to 2 putt if you are on the wrong tier, but they do roll nicely, unlike the greens at Eldo or Rec Park.

Still it took almost 6 hours to play on Saturday, having to wait at virtually every tee box. Whatever happened to tee times every 10 minutes and that country club experience.

Definitely not worth $38 to walk on the weekends, and that is the resident rate. Non residents pay even more.

Agree with 1scgolfer. This course did not live up to expectations, except for the spectacular views. The greens were good but everything else was mediocre at best including the tee boxes which had very few level spots if any. I'd rather play Eldorado or Rec Park which are lot closer to home

Played 9/25. Course was in decent shape. Fairways and greens were in good shape. Even sand traps were in good shape. The only complaint about this course is the pace of play. Expect to be there 6 hours.

Played this course over the weekend. Not an overly picturesque or difficult course, but well maintained. Played early in the morning and played in 3.5 hours.

The only problem seemed to be a scheduling conflict. As a twosome, we had a 7:01 tee time, and the starter made us wait for a foursome that supposedly had a 7:00 tee time. Fortunately the foursome, realized we should go ahead of them, but even after that the started got pissed that we went ahead. He did add a 3rd player to our group, but still a threesome can play faster then a foursome.

Everyone was still very nice. We enjoyed the course and would return.

Nice course. Decent layout. Only problem were the greens, especially the front 9. All greens seemed to have severe slopes. Could not stop a ball if you were hitting down hill. All shots were either way short or 8 - 10 feet past. Back 9 was a lot better.

Still I enjoyed the course and would go back, as long as somebody else drives.

Overall the course was very enjoyable. It's similar to Eldorado except fairways are a little wider.

Didn't like the fact that the par 3's on the front nine came late in the round, and were back to back. Also one was 232 yards which I think is too long. Two par 5's back to back on the back nine seemed stange also

Still enjoyed the course even though I didn't shoot very good.

Will go back once the construction of the new clubhouse is complete. Parking is a problem.

Played the Ridge/Creek courses. Overall the course was nice to play. Relatively wide open fairways, and not too much trouble to worry about. Course doesn't seem to deserve the high slope ratings, but what do I know. Would play again.

Course has potential, but the conditions of the fairways were very poor. Greens are also very strange with unusual slopes, due to the course being built on a land fill, but still puttable.

This course is immaculate. It's long if you play from the blue tees, but is fair. The only problem today was the pace of play. It took 5.5 hours to play.

Course still in very good condition. Greens aren't the prettiest, but they do roll pretty true. Much better pin placements today then in the past.

No matter what anyone else says, I like this course. Of course playing on Wednesday 2/11/2004 for the senior rate of $40 makes it a very good value

The fairways, rough, tee boxes and traps were all in very good condition, especially for this time of year.

The greens do need some work, and the pin placements need to be better selected. Many of them were on slopes in the green, making it virtually impossible to stop anywhere near the hole. I three putted at least 6 greens and 4 putted one. I did manage to birdie #16, but it was a pretty flat green.
