Just played this last weekend at the Mid Amateur in Black Butte. I personally thought the golf course was still young as it has been redone. But when you hit good shots to greens that where so hard they wouldn't leave a mark. I thought it has potential to be a outstanding layout. But it played so fast and hard you couldn't land the ball on the green or it was gone. When you have a chip shot roll 40 feet there is something wrong. But it was a little smokey due to the fire in sisters. I thought the potential of the course itself has alot of good, but in my opinion it was any good last weekend.

Played the golf course yesterday and it was in really good shape. We have had record rain here in Gresham Oregon (wow that is something new here lololol) but the course has dried out and it played great. The greens are in great shape my only complaint is that i wish people would fix there ball marks on greens. Seeing as it is public take care of it for the ones who enjoy it most.

Hi everybody, Played Thursday for the 1st time in two months and the course was in pretty decent shape for all the wet weather we have had. I thought the greens where excellent the fairways still a lil moist but very playable. Had a very enjoyable time, but like i have stated , it beat goin to work. Hope to see all my friends on the course this year and GRIP IT AND RIP IT. ENJOY FRIENDS

I played tijeras creek both thursday and friday, thursday i played the blue tees and shot a respectable 74 first time at the course and was surprised how fast the greens where they putted excellent thou, you just had to use the lump three feet above my ass, and i was better. Played Friday with Paul Fuzzard and two really good guys and i am so bad with names i forgot. Played the black tees and played real well on the front a stupid double bogey but otherwise the course was magnificent. The back we got into wind and i will tell you people it was tought i was 6 over after 14 and it was tough. A true test of golf, to make i easier to explain no one broke 80 out of 20 guys who can play. That friends is tough. The whole atmosphere today was unbeleivable i had the time of my life, gentleman who told stories, shared jokes, laughed and sometimes said a swear word on a shot or two lol, it was one of the top 3 times for me at the golf course. Thank you Tijeras Creek outstanding customer service, Thank you to Paul and the guys i cant wait to do this again.

Well a frost delay to begin and a very very chilly mornin, the fog never really left till after the round. The course played soft and the ball just doesnt go anywhere, but i will say this the greens are in awesome shape rolling great and in really good shape. If you play there remember to reapir your ball marks. Enjoy your round it is worth it.

Played on Sunday the golf course was fairly dry, still had it's bad spots, but what the heck it is still Winter here. The golf course greens where really good and they hold really well, FLY IT TO THE PIN! cause it isnt goin very far. When you can spin your chips that is soft. Go out and play it i beleive you will enjoy it for this time of year and enjoy yourself.
