Played a Sunday morning round here on 9/24 with the 2 for $69 coupon (paying $10 extra for Sunday tee time). To simply express the value, I wouldn't pay normal weekend rates to play at this course, yet.

We were told to play Mountain 1~9 and then play Valley 1~9 for the back nine. Mountain 1~9 was a mess, still a lot of work needing to be done on the course. Fairways were okay, with bare spots in certain areas. Greens were in a bad shape, however. 1 of the greens had bare spots covering half of the green. Also, all of the greens weren't cut short enough, we could never get a true roll on any of the putts. Some greens looked like they were intentionally not mowed, we didn't know we should putt or chip.

The back nine on Valley was a lot better, with fairways and greens in much better conditions. We had a bit of trouble going from very slow greens to fast greens for the back nine.

Considering the distance from LA and coupon price of sub $50, it wasn't a bad value for a round of golf. But purely speaking from the course conditions, it's no better than other municipal courses in the area.
