What you can't see from the tee box on this short par 4 is that the fairway drops away into a small valley somewhere inside 140 and then ascends back up to the green. Consider laying up to @145. You will then have a fairly flat lie to a green that is close to the same level you are on for a straight-forward, full swing, short iron shot. Closer to the green on your drive and you risk an awkward downhill or uphill lie, and an elevation change that has to be figured into your shot.

A dogleg left Par 4 393 Yards lining the driving range in the left of the fairway in the whole hole, so if you hit your tee shot left, you might be at the driving range which is OB, the fairways in this whole are mostly hilly and slopey.
