Played today. It was crowded. Greens in fair to poor. The reason, golfers you need to fix your divots. You also need to pick up your feet when you walk. Shuffling your feet on the green only destroys the green. Had to pat down more than a few of these greens in places. Sand in bunkers are good. Saw more than my fair share. Fairways in good shape. Pace of play was ok, but it was twilight so it was crowded and windy. Remember to bring a sweater in the afternoon folks it's the marine layer and it likes to drop the temp at least 5* in the first hour the wind kicks up. Gotta say though compared to before... the hard work is beginning to pay off. Just need to let you golfers know that you have to take care of the course too. That means raking your bunker mess, fixing your divots, and picking up your feet once in a while. Oh yes, Greenskeeper that sand you have in the bunker also has gravel. Had to clear a path literally of little stones and pebbles. That was not cool.
