Played 4/2/2010 at 7:20 am. 4 hours, 20 min pace. Course is in good shape for this muni, very lush as other reviewers have mentioned. This is basic golf. A nice day to play!

CONDITIONS ARE PRETTY GOOD FOR THIS COURSE. GREENS ARE A LITTLE BUMPY, BUT THATS FROM ALL THE TRAFFIC THIS PLACE GETS. PLAYED ALITTLE PAST 3PM TODAY AND FINISHED THE ROUND. GREAT WEATHER AND GREAT PAC... Continue »

They've added a new elevated tee at the back and moved the green about 60 yards back, so it's now playing about 520 from the tips. They've effectively narrowed the landing area for long knockers as there is a new trap on the right at about 265-285 off the tee. With the trees on the left, be sure to play to the center here. The second shot is a real challenge into the wind, and they've got a significant new bunker on the left, so play to 100 yard marker and hit a straight one into a narrow green with a bunker on the right that loves to catch you.

The previous tip is no longer relevant since they lengthened the hole to 487 from the blues. Best drive is middle right as there is a gentle dog leg left for the approach. It's reachable in two, but the traps left and right come into play unless you really dial it in. Alternatively, hit an easy shot to pitch distance slightly left of the green. The new green has more elevation changes than any other hole on the course, and it is deceptively slow.
