"Played twilight this afternoon 8/4. This is by far the best shape that I have seen Olivas Links in. The fairways are almost perfect. Green lush grass...huge improvement since last January. The tee boxes are level and the rough has been cut just off the fairway. The bunkers are in great shape. The greens are true and are on the slow side right now. The pace of play was good for Monday. Pro-shop staff nice. Marshall was around to check on pace of play and was on our group several times. Wind was not a factor today and it was humid for Ventura. Really nice day for scoring today. Have to keep commenting that this is a great place to practice(grass range and great chipping green and putting green. Give Olivas a try."
