Played 1/16. Course was in pretty good shape for winter conditions. Some brown patches on fairways. Tees & greens in great shape. Will return for more.

If you LOVE bashing tee balls off cliffs, cutting corners on doglegs and just beating the crap out of a golf ball, then this is your place to play. What a fantastic layout, a challenge from the back tees. #13 is one of the PREMIER 3 pars in all of Southern California. 12/13/14/15 are my favorite stretch of consecutive holes anywhere in the Untied States, closely followed by 4/5/6/7/8. Highly playable and scorable if you're hitting the ball well. Expect some waits on weekends, as there are some demanding shots that you'll need to have experienced before in order to have a game plan.

wow some of you guys sure complain. well if you tee off after noon time on any weekend at any course you sure barely finish. 5 hours is the norm at any course and it does get dark at about 5pm these days. No one should apologize to you wake up early if you want to finish early. Hate to tell the other guy that you have to punch the tees and greens every so often so the course stays in great shape. This is a great course and you wont find a better value anywhere

tee times were 30 min late so barely got 18 in before dark..after a noon tee time...too slow and no apologies from staff...that was not good...typical american golf

A fun, short, but challenging course. There are only 3 flat holes on the entire course. Playing from the fairway is ideal anywhere, but especially here. Greens where in great shape. THe rest of the course is in good shape except the tee boxes. American Golf, thanks for the nice greens, but do you have to do work on all of the tee boxes at the same time and have ALL of the tees at the ladies tee markers????? What kind of "blank" is that?????

4:45 Round with an 8am tee time. Aerification on the tee boxes only. Rest of the course in great shape. Excellent value and test of skills. We will be back!

Played 10/8 and the course was in great shape. IMO, get a cart (unless your a hard core walker) because this is a very hilly course with not much drinking water around. Check out the internet specia... Continue »
