not many people on the course due to hot temperature. Finished the round in less than 3 and half hours. Course conditions are decent but not worth the full green fees.

If you've got any kind of slice in your swing whatsoever, aim left! You're usually teeing off into a wind that amplifies any kind of curvature on your shot, and with sand and water to the right of the fairway, you can find yourself in a lot of trouble. If you land in the right-side bunker, you're going to have a pretty daunting forced carry over the water, so unless you have plenty of confidence hitting your irons out of the sand, consider laying up. Get it to the edge of the fairway, and you'll have a 100-yard wedge shot to the green and a chance to save par if you're accurate.

Although the short yardage dares you to go for the green, approach this hole with a little bit of sanity. You're going uphill, and there's nothing but trouble on the direct line between you and the green. If you really think you can make it, the green is relatively deep and may contain your ball... but there's a big difference between thinking you can make it and actually making it. Get caught in one of those bunkers, and your eagle dream can turn into a double-bogey nightmare! The smart shot is to the left-center of the fairway, taking as many bunkers out of play as possible.
