I see that there are alot of bad reviews specifically related to the fairways & rough. Seeing that ERV charges the same as Upland Hills CC, which I remind you is in way way better condition than ERV & coming from a business standpoint, you would make alot more $$$ if you fixed the fairways, rough & ...

Long par 3 which is elevated. Seems to play one club little longer as it is slightly elevated. Large but tricky green. Slopes back to front and is fast.
