Played in the early afternoon on Sunday, 6/1/08, on a sunny, warm windy day. I've played this course several times before and enjoy the good playability and variety of holes - elevation changes, large greens, resort-style course. Due to the water shortages in the Vegas area the course is converting many turf areas to waste or low-water landscapiong, so right now there's a transition/torn up feel to many holes. When complete, the course will play tougher than in the past because hitting lanes and areas will be more restricted. Greens were in good shape and held shots fairly well, but I am always amazed by how many ball marks are left unrepaired. While golfers frequently complain about course conditions, a large percentage of golfers aparently don't bother to repair diviots on greens, rake traps, or fill divots with the seed mix most courses provide - why? Bunkers were fairly hard with a coarse variety of sand. Many turf areas were in poor condition and were being resodded (due to slopes?) or were very thin and almost looked dead. Cart girl came by 3 or 4 times during the round. Having just come out of the prime winter season, and before the temperatures have gotten too high, I was expecting better conditions. Recommended, but hoping for better turf conditions in the future.

Played saturday 5/10.. The customer service is top notch, and very accommadating (out late enjoying the Vegas night life, and there was no way we could make a 9:30 tee time easliy changed it, no problem) Greens were being aerated so we got a discounted rate.. $120 Overall a nice course, many blind shots elevation changes and tight fairways.. Like I mentioned the greens were being aerated so not so great on that one.. Most of the fairways were lush and in great shape but a few holes on the back nine had bare spots. The course is being converted to a "Desert" course, so the rough was being dried out to basically let it die.. But I liked the course and the lay out, it will be interesting to see how it shapes up..

Played 4/20 and 4/21 at a discount rate of $85 and for that price, I think it was worth it...if I had to pay full price I would probably not have enjoyed it as much. As it was I really enjoyed the course. The greens are fast and challenging, but I enjoy fast greens as long as they roll true, and these did for the most part. Some muddy bad spots in the fairways, but no big deal. Enjoyed the elevation changes and the challenges this course has. Would definitely play again, as long as it is at the $85 price.

Actually I played Lexington instead of Concord but I wanted to put a post that the staff told me that they are taking out about 1/3 of the grass to put in desert to conserve water. When I left the course i noticed the Concord was pretty yellow and actually glad I didn't end up playing it, I'm not sure I would have paid to play it in such conditions.

Played here 8/8 and this track was in bad shape. The alert reads that maintenance will start in Sept. but it should have read starting in August. Serveral fairways were in the process of being aeriated. Neither the website or the club house warned of this type of maintenance taking place. Layout is nice would wait until October to play here again.

Played 7/27/2007 in the late afternoon on a hot, windy day. Course was in generally very good condition. Greens were fairly soft but rolled well and were quick toward the Vegas Strip. Fairways were generally good, with a few scattered bare spots. Rough was moderate and can be wiry to hit out of – soft greens help in that case. Some bunker sand was a little thin. Cart girl came by frequently until about 6PM. Pace about 4.5 hrs. Recommended.

Played Sunday 5/27, was charged weekend rate when clearly states on their web site that Sun thru Thurs are weekdays. Customer service here is always a question unless you are paying 250 plus tourist trap rate. No one here really seems to know what is going on, simple questions such as first tee times, range hours, etc are met with dumbfounded stares and they will make a call to find out. The starter however is great and on his game, got me fixed up and out before baffled staff knew what was going on.
Course is fun and in good shape, very friendly layout, could be a recommendation but for poor service.

Played on 5/29/07.
Low rates have finally arrived in Las Vegas, so I took advantage of the $42 twilight rate for locals. The course was in good shape for the most part. The greens had been aerated in early May, so there was still some sanding evident, but they rolled smooth, if a little slow.
Temperature was in the mid-90s, not too hot yet, but still had to make sure to drink lots of water. There was no water on the course, but each cart has an ice chest filled with ice and 4 small water bottles.
Wind was not a major factor, which was a plus as this course is high on the hillside and can get some hellacious winds. The views of the strip are some of the best around.
Overall, a good round on a fun course.

Played 8/07/2006 on a windy, sunny late afternoon with the course almost deserted. Wanted to play the Lexington Course, but it’s apparently closed on weekdays after noon - apparently, it’s a high maintenance cost course and staff figures that they save money by not having people play it. So why do we have a golf course at all …???? Anyway, Concord was in good shape – greens were fairly soft for this time of year, but why don’t people repair their &*E$W#@^%^&^*$## ballmarks??!! Similar comments to previous posts for this course – they need to put ball washers on the carts, because most of the holes have the ball washers at the “white” tees, so players on the back tees never see a ball washer. Too many holes roped off, mostly on those holes with more elevation/slope, so carts no help when you are on foot. Even on this slow day with no players, saw the cart girl at least 3 times. Water provided at least every third hole. Concord is the much more forgiving course of the two here, visually attractive and fun to play. Highly recommended.

Date:6-4-06 the course was in very good shape for this time of the year. The fairways were in excellent condition and the greens were ok. (they were aerated just 2 weeks ago and they are slow and bumpy- they will get much faster in days to come) overall the course is in excellent shape and worthy of play !!!!

Nice Billy Casper course. Not too long, but elevation changes and blind spots make it hard to select the correct club. Also yardage markers are hard to find. Overall felt the green fee was a little high.

Nice course with many elevation changes, which make it hard to judge distances. Added to that, yardage markers are hard to find. Also a fair amount of blind shots. At 6529 yards from the Gold (their Blue) Tees, the course shouldn't be too difficult, but playing course for the first time, there was a lot of guess work involved. As a local I paid $95 on a Saturday. I felt that was a little high after playing the course. The layout is nice and the course is in good shape.

Great track with plenty of tee boxes to fit each golf level. Greens are firm and quick but smooth. Plenty of fairway for a desert course.

This was my first time to play the Revere. At first, it seemed like nothing special, but as the holes went on, I found myself really liking this course(The Concord). The golf course isn't really spread out very much, it kind of goes out and back along the same path, but I really enjoyed the elevation changes. The course was in pretty good condition considering late August early September. I think by favorite hole was #18. A downhill par 5 over water. Just missed an eagle from about 12 feet, Doh! All in all a pretty nice course.

Played 8/17/05 at 4PM. A very fun course in great condition on a warm summer day in Vegas - what more could you want? Well, we never saw the cart girl. And even though the marshall came by every couple holes, the very slow group ahead of us never played any faster, so he must have been there just to wave. And the ball washers are poorly placed by the forward mens tees, so the guys on the back tees never see a ball washer until after they hit. However, lots of elevation changes, visually pleasing course with large greens in very good condition. Take a camera to the 11th tee!"
