Played 5/3 for $25 on GolfNow. 1215 tee time which took 5 hours. A few slow groups out there slowed the pace. Wind was blowing pretty hard on the front which added yardage as well. All in all course needs a bit more time to heal and some TLC. Greens were aerated a few weeks ago, but still need two more weeks in my opinion. Tee boxes were ok, but even about 50% of the time. Fairways were OK, but rough is pretty slim if not bare in a few areas. Crab grass in the first cut seems a bit poor to me as well. Greens were a bit hard and didnt hold much on the front. Seemed a bit better on the back.

One of my biggest issues were the amount of ball marks on the greens. BIG pet peeve of mine. Probably repaired 5-6 on every green. Cmon people!

Didnt see cart service on the course, but 19th hole is a great spot and way to end the round.

All in all, I wouldn't pay rack rate right now, but if you get a deal and are in a pinch, so be it. Be warned, pace could be slow and greens need a few more weeks before possibly rolling true (if ball marks are fixed as well)

Played 4/27 early morning with a GolfMoose voucher and finished in 4 hours. First time on this track but great feedback from other members as what to look for when reading the tips and reviews. Sent us out 30 minutes early as we didn't know the range and snack bar is closed every Thursday until 9AM. Was a little worried as they aerated earlier in the month, but the greens seem to be 90-95% recovered, were in great shape and VERY fast. Read about the multi tiered greens and that is extremely accurate. Approach shot accuracy is a must! A few of the tee boxes were a bit uneven, and a few greens had some bare spots and damage, but all in all greens were soft and in great shape, fairways nice and pretty lush. Note, there was no cart service for those who want it. Would definitely come back, especially at $40 for a midweek round. Well worth it.

Played 3/30/17 at 10AM. Most other courses in the area are aerating so came here. Overall course is in great shape for the price. Believe a midweek green fee, cart, and range bucket was all under $40. Fairways in great shape, greens a tad dry and slow, but not terrible for the price. Interesting track that requires some local knowledge. A yardage book would help. Example would be the opening hole par 5 with a large dog leg left. Believe a tee shot greater than 215 or so will go through the back rough, but again, not entirely sure unless you're playing with a local. Pace of play was fine. Finished in about 4 hours. No cart service on the course so plan accordingly. If in the area, I would consider coming back, but would rather try another track when the aeration has healed.

Played on April 1, and perhaps this was just a big April Fools joke on me. I know the course well from my youth, but things have really gone down hill. Im sure the drought hit this little 9 hole muni hard, but a wet winter has helped tremendously. Lush grass and trees throughout. My biggest issue is that NO fairways were cut! Not one! I was never told when I made the tee time, nor after I checked in. Great drives down the middle would be the same as hitting into 2-3 inches of rough. Saw someone get their cart stuck in 6 inches of mud in the middle of the fairway as well. Not to mention white flowers all over the fairway hiding your fairway lie. Probably lost 6 balls to un-kept fairways. Greens were respectable but hard. Likely not getting water unless its delivered organically. Sad to say I would pass here until the lawnmower has been refueled, drainage addressed and more reviews posted claiming a turn around. A gem of a course but will die all together if not maintained.

Played 3/24. First time on site and wish I had been here sooner. Have played Arrowood about 4 other times so Im starting to learn a few more of the tricks. Unfortunately I didnt realize the course had been recently aerated so the greens were sandy and bumpy and when mixed with the wet grass from the 745AM tee time, the first 7-8 holes were a bit more challenging. All in all, great track and conditions. Agree with other comments with regards to the par 5, hole 13. The "newer" large waste area about 275 yards out is not marked on the scorecard and almost impossible to see from the tee box. Wasted one of my best drives of the day on this hole. Also learned on hole 16 to aim for the big water tower on the horizon as your target. Good tip. Course has a lot of locals who push the pace which I like. Keeps the round moving. Only saw the drink cart once on 16, but overall customer service and staff were great. Will certainly be back
