Exceptional outside service as soon as we pulled up to the front doors valet came right up to the car asked for the tee time got our cart set up us and all we had to do was go check in in the golf shop. After checking in I ordered some food and the prices were very reasonable for how good it was and how fast it came out. Warm up area is very nice shaded with fans and they provide you with balls. Got out about 5 minutes early with our caddy who was very helpful the whole round, told us everything we needed to know about the course and helped with aiming and yardage spectacularly. It was a little backed up for the first two holes but it opened up very nicely with the way the course is set up and didn’t have a problem the rest of the round. Greens fairways and rough are in spectacular shape. Also the carts are very nice with a gps telling you the yardage, has built in speakers, and 2 coolers for as much drinks as you need. Saw the cart lady’s about every 3 holes which was nice when I ran out of drinks because you wouldn’t have to wait that long to restock. The cart greeters were excellent at the end of the round cleaning the clubs and taking them over to valet to load them in the car for us. Absolutely loved my experience at Bali Hai and will be returning very soon!
