Tipped it out, back 9 definitely plays longer/tougher than the front. Long par 3s and plays into a headwind for most of it. A little more undulation and rolling terrain than I expected as a walker.

Out at 7:30 it took a couple holes to get acclimated to the green speed, they were a little over watered compared to the practice greens, but they rolled true especially as they dried up. Fairways were lush, just a couple holes were they were thin at about 50-60 yards out. Rough was thick--made using a push cart that much more difficult if you were offline. Only bad spot were the bunkers: thin and hard packed, not much to work with. Compared to the rest of the course, bunkers were mid-tier muni quality.

Otherwise, it's a great course and a challenge from any tee you choose. Facilities were great--next time I'd lean to carrying instead of using a push cart, or riding if the weather wasn't favorable.

Teed off at 730am. Greens were excellent, firm yet receptive and rolled medium-fast to fast in some parts. Fairways had great coverage, I actually didn't notice many bare spots during my round. Was only in one bunker and it was decent. The wind actually started to howl once we reached the turn at about 930-940. POP was 4:10 with the marshals hounding us to pick up the pace. I can appreciate the sentiment but it wasn't necessary.

Tee boxes were the only low point. I played the tips and for a few holes they moved the black and blue markers up to be with the whites. I'm assuming that was to sand and let some of those tee boxes rest. There were some holes where the black tees were quite spongy and sandy, maybe needed a couple more weeks to heal. I'd say in total, about 6-7 tee boxes from the blacks were affected, but this didn't take too much away from the total experience and rest of the course. Don't let that discourage you from playing here any time soon.

At the time of play 3/1, only one hole was impacted by the renovation. The tee box on hole 10 was moved up, resulting in a 300-ish yard par 5. Conditions were typical muni but the greens were something else. Firm, receptive to spin, and rolled mostly smooth with medium-fast to fast speeds. But the severe slopes led to about 6 hole locations that day being near unplayable. If the greens were a little slower and grown out (as we've heard it gets in spring/summer) the course would be much more enjoyable. Despite playing well, hard to think I'd come back again.

Played 1/25 and 1/26. Greens were rolling FAST and pure, just a shame some of those newer green expansion areas are in tough condition. Fairways were running out quickly as well, bunkers were excellent. Lots of tight lies in the fairway and tee areas were subpar conditions. Overall an enjoyable time, the real fun starts when you’re putting here

Played on 1/19/25, not much else to add. Greens were excellent and bunkers were solidly 8.5/10. Tee boxes needed work on about half the holes (is 10 ever going to get fixed?). Fairways and rough were tight and rolled out a bunch, but I think the biggest offender was hole 12: tons of sanded areas in the middle of the fairway. Only worth it right now if you’re got the membership, but overall conditions were still enjoyable to my group.

Can't recommend the course right now, especially for the price. Bunkers are GUR on about 16 holes? Many fairways and areas in the 10-40 yard range short of the green are GUR on at least half the holes. Only saving grace were the greens, which are usually pretty solid here anyway. $87 to walk on a weekend is ridiculous, probably won't return for a long time.
