Found the right course after mistakenly stumbling into Rancho Bernard CC next door. Not the greatest range or practice area. Nice tee boxes. Fairways decent and firm. Great greens. Loved the variety of holes. Houses on course but set back. Overall nice experience and would play again.

Great day today on the south. Tees perfect, fairways lush, poa greens rolled true. Bunkers the best in SD. 2nd cut rough tough but manageable. Best conditions of any SD course I’ve played this winter.Expensive but worth it for views, conditions, and knowing you are playing US Open course. Pace of play 5.5 hours could use a ranger. If I could be a resident I would make this my home course.

Interesting course. Attracted by low greens fee. Kind of a mini Maderas. Bought $5 range balls then realized you hit into net so probably wouldn’t do that again. Tees ok. Fairway dormant and
painted green but pretty firm but many rough spots. Greens good. Crazy bridges between holes felt like Disney world ride. Challenging tee shots. Fun course would be good for two man scramble with cocktails. Fun course.

Tee boxes good. Fairways mostly green and firm. Greens awesome and rolled true if hit the line. Surprised by good pace of play 4:15 on busy course. Local told me to lay up on blind #1 handicap hole but should have hit driver as easily reachable.

Played the whites with a family member 1/12/21. Had to hold back on the driver on many holes. Greens were rolling 12+. Many putts rolled off green. Tee boxes great condition. Fairways green and firm. Good rollout on tee shots sometimes so much should have clubbed down a little. Love the range and putting green close to tee boxes. Maderas a great course in SD. Play earlier in week for cheaper rates.
