2nd time playing here. Fun layout for an executive course, but the best thing that the course had to offer were the tee boxes. Lol, and they where just ok. All the greens, had some type of weed intertwined in them. Fairways and around the greens had a lot of dirt bare spots. Sand bunkers were hard pan. For my $18 bucks, I’ll rather invest them towards Small Rec, Ironwood, Navy cruiser or Heartwell. I hope it improves, only time will tell…

The Good, First time playing here and I enjoyed the course layout. Awesome Mountain View’s in the back 9.
The Bad, actually the WORST is the tiny maintenance flags used for actual flags. You couldn’t laser them or sometimes even see them. If it wasn’t for my range finder’s optical zoom i wouldn’t know where to aim. Go here if it’s your last resort... I guess because I have been so golf deprived (Covid19) that towards the end of the round I just accepted the flag situation. So sad. “Know before you go” could save you stokes!

Heads up. Half the geens got punched this week.

Greens are a lot faster. Wow! Makes it hard to land close to the pin from the thick kikuyu grass to small greens that are usually elevated. Let see what other changes the new Co. has in stored for this golf course.

Greens weren't that bad 11/2. No visible punch marks, but still a little bumpy.

Greens are still bumpy from being punched.

4/16-the greens were punched. Noooo!!! I forgot to check greenskeeper. However, it was fastest round ive had here, 3.75 hrs at 10am. While walking. I mentioned walking because we let a 3some on carts pass through. It was ridiculous! The place was a ghost town. The fairways are not as good as last year. Tee boxes, sand okay. Greens played good considering the aeration. Course is very challenging with narrow fairways and plenty of trees to make it difficult to save par from the ruff.

first visit. awsome course. the island green was intimidating and everything that I expected. 3 of the par 3's were extremly challenging. course was terrific. the only disappointment was the gps. my rangefinder died out and I had to rely it. not very acccurate and screen was about the size of my phone. very difficult to see the screen from both seats.

first timer here. enjoyed the course very much, the layout was great. it never felt like I was playing the same hole again. greens were fast and tuff to chip it close. tee boxes, bunkers, fairways were all in excellent condition. pop was 4 1/2 hrs, started just before twilight. if you enjoy walking courses, this is one that allows it. btw, the fairways are very forgiving. a few times I though I was in trouble off the tee, but happy to find that it was on the short stuff. enjoy!

Greens were great for this course. True & consistent on every green. Fairways, rough & bunkers were ok to good. Tee boxes are always bad here. Close to home so I will always be back.

Great tuff course. I always bring extra balls on mountain courses like this. Staff is always top notch. Bunkers were consistent. Tee boxs were level with nice short grass to tee from. Fairways were great, it appeared that every divot was filled. Greens, were lighting fast. Made chipping and approaches hard to stay on the greens when landing on the wrong postions. Once you get on the green your looking at 3 putting very easily if your further than 30ft from the hole with their speed & slope. Oh, and all putts break towards the valley. Enjoy the challenge, I did.

First time here. Enjoyed the lay out, but greens were terrible. The starter said they aerated half the greens 2 weeks ago. I couldn't tell what was the better half. For $47 walking, I now know why the pace of play was good (under 5 hrs) for a weekend. Over priced. I hope they fix their greens, because the curvature of the greens were fantastic.
