Teed off Friday afternoon. Hardly a sole on the course. Finally caught up with a group on the 8th hole, declined to play through as I was taking pictures and absorbing the scenery. Course was in great shape. Tee boxes were level and not may divots, the fairways were great as divots were filled in, bunkers were soft with a good amount of sand to play good shots whether from the the fairway or around the greens. The greens smooth speed around 9, not overly quick but smooth rolls.

If playing late afternoons make sure to bring a jacket as it got cold, typical Monterey overcast and breeze.

This course should definitely cost in $150's, it was listed well over $250 for early tee times. It is California course near Pebble Beach, what can you do.

Played Cascata this past weekend and the previous weekend. The course did not disappoint either time. Unfortunately, after they overseed/aerate the greens the green fees will return back to $400. The caddie fee was worth the price as I would have never been able to read the greens.

The range was beautifully manicured, used pristine range balls, very attentive staff. Everyone must play this course at least once.

Played Aliante golf course this past Sunday. The greens were a little slow in the morning but improved as the day went on. The fairways were in great shape, did not find any bare or burned areas. The rough was not much of a challenge, you will not be too challenged if you're in the first cut of the rough. The tee boxes were in great shape, even the par 3 tee boxes looked level and there weren't that many divot marks.

The course will begin overseeding after they hold their tournament Wednesday September 18th.

Played this course July 27th 2019. Let me say I was not disappointed, the course looked amazing from the clubhouse and it was beautiful while I was out on the course.

The fairways were nicely manicured, tee boxes were level and not overly pitted with divots, greens weren't too fast as they were still recovering from aeration. Give it another 2 weeks and it should be back to normal.

My only real complaint would be the sand traps. For a course so close to the beach I was expecting to be in nice fluffy sand traps. Nope, they were a little hard.

I secured my round on the GolfNow app for $105. I will definitely play the course again the next time I am out that way.

Played this course this past Sunday and the course was in immaculate condition. No complains other than the marshall kept pushing us when there was no way to catch a group in front of us and the group behind us was on pace with us. So there was no reason to push us along. Finished the round just under 4 hours.

Played a great round of golf at a very nicely maintained golf course yesterday. Other than having to drive quite a ways to reach some of the tee boxes the expense to play this course was well worth it.

Spent quite a bit of time back tracking because we ended up going the wrong direction to the next hole. This definitely angered some of the groups behind us. This could not be helped due to the newness of the course.

The tee boxes were nicely manicured, fairways were defined, and the rough were long. You will definitely incur additional stokes as the tall grass in the rough caused the club head to twist.

The greens were a little disappointing. They looked fast, had a somewhat hollow sound when the ball bounces on but played slow. Now I am comparing this to my round on TPC Las Vegas so that may not be fair. Compared to other courses around Vegas the greens would be considered fast.

Sand traps will always be an issue i guess, they were all hard with some having large pebbles.

All in all this still a first class golf course that everyone should play.

Played a round of golf on this course this past Sunday. Temperature was extremely hot, pace of play was painfully slow.

Now for the review. The front nine definitely felt tight from the tees. If you have never played this course before use caution because you never know how far your ball will roll out. Tee boxes were decent considering this is a public course. The rough was not that difficult to hit out of and did not add difficulty to the shots. The greens were the consistency of cotton balls, soft and bumping at the same time as if it was just recovering from being aerated. So this required attacking the pin and hope you had the right distance because you are not getting any help from a forward roll. I do not hit with much backspin but these green may it look as if I can stick my shots.

The back nine fairways were wider from the tee box making it easier to find good landing areas to attack the greens. But if you land in the bunks you are in for a treat. There are some occasion sand in the bunkers, but most had pebbles.

The entire round ended up taking lasting for almost 5.5 hours. Not bad considering we were waiting at most tee boxes before teeing off. That's what happens when you don't get a early tee time.

Played a round of golf this Sunday. The course is in great shape, especially the greens. It felt like it was just setup for the tour players because the greens were firm and pin placements were near impossible if you don't work the ball because the ball would not stop if attacking the pin. Putting was delight though, no surprises you got what you saw not like other courses that try to trick you and must be regular to understand which way the putts with break.

The sand traps were a blast to hit out of, at least 6" of sand under the ball (still not like California sandtraps). I found quite a few of them during my round so I am giving a first hand review of the traps. The course seems to be littered with sandtraps adding to the difficulty staying on the green on approach shots.

Fairways were nicely manicured, not too tight due to the extreme heat but nice area to hit from. The signatures holes were breath-taking from tee to green.

Played National this Sunday and the course was in great shape. The greens were nice and soft in the morning and began to speed up as it started to dry. If you enjoy a challenge this course is for you, the course felt like it was setup for pros. With some holes shaped like horse shoes with large bunkers in front, I found it difficult to stick the greens when the pin placement was at the narrowest area no more then 15ft wide. On the holes where the pin placement was near the edge of two tier green, hit it too far past the hole and you end up in the lower tier. The fairways, the rough, and the sand traps felt like I was playing California. If you like to play golf you will want to play this course, if you love golf you will not miss an opportunity to play this course.

Played the Revere Concord course yesterday and found the course to be ready for overseeding. The fairway grass were dried up but did not affect play in a negative way. Missing the fairway was brutal, the rough was green and deep. Several times my group and I had to search up and down the holes to find our ball deep in tall grass. The greens were in great shape considering most of its surrounds were all brown. Pace of play was perfect even though we had several groups in front of us, we still managed to finish our round in just under 4.5 hours.

My only issues with the course would be some of the tee boxes were not level. It had pot holes like areas where most people would like to tee up at. I had to tee up a foot or two back to find a level area to hit from. Lastly the sand traps looked terrible. Although I did not get a chance to hit out of them. I had the opportunity to stand in one to hit my ball and it was hard. I was expecting it to be beach like, easy to dig in.

Hopefully once the overseeding process has been completed they can repair these key areas and get the course back in top form.

Played a round of golf at 5:30am Sunday and found the course in great shape except some greens looked like they were just aerated. According to the staff it was due to the water change, the greens were not accepting the change to reclaimed water so they had to aerate some green to help it along. The pace of play was fast, although we were the second group to tee off for the day the group behind us were never closer that a full hole. I am a slow golfer so to finish a round of golf in under 4 hours is awesome. Love the layout of the course, very deceiving from the tee box. It looks tighter that it really is. I expect to play this course more often after this round.

Played a round on May 4th 2014 @ 8am. The conditions were terrible all over Henderson, winds up to 30 mph in some areas. At the Revere most of the wind was blocked by the surrounding houses and high walls. My group was able to play a great round of golf. The greens were in great shape and fast, many multi-level greens made putting a challenge, fairways were green, tee boxes were level, and sand traps were fluffier than most in town. Definitely not a Pebble Beach sand trap but still nice. The course is a must play for anyone coming into town for the weekend and for locals looking for a challenging course.
