My first round of 2021 was at one of my favorite courses. I love the layout, pace of play and staff here. I also got lucky and finished my round before the wind came in. I come out here a couple of times each year but this year the course conditions were probably the worst I have seen it in. Normally the course is lush from tee to green but the fairways had many patches of bare dirt and lots of thinning grass. It was cart-path only on about 6 holes as it seems they are trying to work on the course. They may want to lower the price while the course looks like this though. On the good side, the greens were fast and true. The sand in the bunkers was pure too. Still a nice day of golf but not as nice as it once was. I will head out in the spring and hopefully it will be back to its former glory.

Had not played here since since one of the hottest days of summer so gave it another shot in December. In summer the course was almost unplayable. This December, it was probably the worst conditions of any course I have ever played. They basically dyed the dirt on the fairways green. There is no fairway, there is no rough. Anything off the "fairway" is dirt, leaves, etc. The fairway grass has basically been shaved down to nothing as if they have not watered in months. Greens are bumpy, patchy, inconsistent. Greens fees were outrageous at $80. There is no reason to play this course until they get it in better shape.
