Played on 1/31, course in great shape. Greens were fast but rolling true. Fairways were green and lush. Just great conditions all around with a friendly staff.

What a course! The staff is friendly and the course well maintained. Beware of early morning tee times as you may experience a frost delay. We teed off at 8:15 am into a thick fog but it lasted only a hole and a half. If you are a 1st timer there, I would recommend a yardage book as the one I bought proved helpful (especially on the 1st 2 holes). I would play this course again in a heart beat it was challenging without penalizing you too much for errant shots.

expected a lot better course. conditions were pretty good, greens were ok. Play was slow on this day. big tour bus came in. Cross creek is the best course in temecula.

Course is in great shape after the over seeding, and if you have a Red Dot 2 for 1 discount book it's a real deal, 24.50 on a week day.
The sad thing is I don't think Red Hawk is in the 2004 Book.

First time here, and the emphases is on first time, because we will be back!!!
From check in to starter and marshals all top quality. Management should be proud of their staff. Course was so much more than we expected. In our group of seven (4 & 3)
that included my 2 sons and their friends we where in awe of the fairways , like a carpet, and the layout didn’t seem hard at all. The greens are some of the best we have ever had the pleasure of playing on. Through the first 6 holes we thought we were doing fine. Till we really looked at the score cards closer. To fine out the course was kicking our butts to hell and back. LOL Made it interesting trying to get back at the course. Greens roll true
just need to be careful and not get to aggressive on long puts as you may find yourself past the hole and off the green LOL.
Bottom line. WE LOVE THIS PLACE

After what I had heard about this course, I was extremely disappointed. My foursome left the course after 9 holes.

8/28 The course was in great shape, a few bare spots in the rough. Yardage indications on sprinkler heads were often wrong! Sprinklers had been moved without removing yardages. A yardage book is a good investment. There is a lot of "home" construction ongoing and the homes are not an "attractive" addition to the course, its lost a lot of it's charm.

Played 8/16 Sat 7 AM maybe 3rd group off,, course is in very good shape,greens better than we have ever seen them,everything is lush,bunkers recently machined, good everything. Staff very aware of our needs. Suggest early tee times on weekend, we played in 4 hours,group behind fell 4 holes back, caused a major slowing, we missed it but coulda been in it. Redhawk is in VERY good shape, we will be back.
