Haven't see a review of the Legends at Temuku for over a year so I thought I would add one.

Played Sunday 11/14 starting at 11:50. Played in four hours which isn't bad for Sunday.

Course has a great layout. Sadly, except for the greens the course conditions don't match up to the great layout.

Sand in bunkers was iffy at best. Bare spots in most fairways and on all of the tees.

Too bad, I guess they are having money issues but not sure why because the course was busy.

Early morning four hour round. The course is transitioning to winter conditions with most of the bermuda going dormant brown. The tee boxes were all slightly beat up and dry. The rough has been cut down and is drying out on most holes with only a few places were any exists at all. The fairways are pretty dry for the most part except a few holes were sections are soggy from poor maintenance. The traps were all raked but really not very playable with the firmness and water in most. The greens were in good shape with not many ball marks. They rolled true and held shots well if one could hit them. The course was actually very busy which is good to see. It would be nice if the course would put more of that money back into the conditions.

Early Sunday morning round in four hours. The course is showing the lack of water and abundance of water. The tee boxes were all very dry and extremely thin from start to finish. The rough was thick/thin and dry/wet depending on the hole. Most of the fairways were very dry to the point where you could have a dirt lie? Some sections of fairways on a few holes were very damp/muddy and had to be played as gur. The sand traps had been raked but were all damp and most very thin. The greens were in good shape but were slower than usual and needed to be rolled. There were very few ball marks which is good for this course. The overall conditions continue to slide making a round questionable.

Sunday morning round in about 4 1/2 hours (very slow). The staff is friendly enough and helpful. The back tee boxes have gotten worse recently and are thin, dry, shaggy and a few very sloped. The rough has dried up for the most part and the weeds are starting to take over again. The fairways are about 50 - 50 with some in acceptable condition and others pretty dry and thin. The traps here haven't changed with most thin and compact. The greens were holding shots well but many people didn't care to fix their marks. The greens were somewhat slower than usual and damper most likely for the heat we have had in the valley lately. The ownership NO longer offers a free birthday round to golfers and they are not missing much. Hopefully it will cool down and start raining again!

Played an early morning four hour round Sunday. The staff is friendly and helpful and the carts are pretty nice but no gps. The tee boxes are all pretty level but thin and shaggy. The once exception is the 6th tee box which is not close to being level and the green is blocked out by a large tree that needs trimmed or removed. You actually have to fade or draw the par 3 tee shot to get it on the green! The rough is pretty consistent with a few holes where it is thin or invisible. The fairways are in the best shape I've seen them in for quite awhile. The hot weather has brought the bermuda into shape and most holes have good coverage. There are dry sections where you might need a foot wedge. The traps are in fair shape but very damp and compact. The greens are in good condition but the poa makes for some frustrating putts. They do honor senior rates even on weekends which makes it very fair compared to other valley courses.

Early morning Sunday round in under four hours. The course check in and procedures are fairly simple and quick. The tee boxes are all beat to death and a couple are really sloped. The rough was different from hole to hole and from fairway to green side. Some places had well trimmed grass a few inches long you could hit from. Other areas were weeds, grass and the dreaded clover over six inches! You were lucky to find your shot if it entered the clover rough. The fairways had pretty good coverage with tight lies on some holes and fluffy lies on others. The traps I saw were in much better shape than in previous visits, just in need of a little maintenance. The greens all had good coverage but needed to be rolled badly and/or trimmed. The poa was brutal as putts did not hold a line and squirmed like a snake. The course is still honoring their senior rates which makes it reasonable for the conditions.

Cash Only Still. Masks around the facility but not out on the course. Brand New Cart's very nice, no GPS. Played a few weeks ago when courses were opening back up and didn't expect much but gave it a go again and the course is making a turn for the better. Tee Box's still a little rough but the fairways and green's are looking and playing better. Tee'd off on Friday @ 1230pm and finished under 3 hours. Curious to the old fairway directionals no longer out there. If you have played this course you know there is many blind shot's. The one thing that is a CON is that there is no real stand out yardages. I think they need to re-look at that. No sprinkler head yardages and spotty cart path ones. Bunkers are Ground Under Repair due to COVID

Late Sunday afternoon round in under four hours. The pro shop not accepting cash and walk up snack bar open. The new carts are a nice quick ride. The tee boxes were all very dry, shaggy and fairly thin. The fairways are very dry but not to the point where they're crusty yet. The lies were not too bad actually. It appears they are letting the bermuda take over with the heat coming. The rough is very thick, long and full of weeds. The traps are in sorry shape but that's to be expected. The greens are in pretty fair condition but not to their regular standards. The course has raised rates as most others in the valley. Hard to recommend when others rates are better for what is offered.

Played on Monday, 4/27 on a beautiful day. Social distancing rules: must pay with a credit card in Pro shop, face mask required, one person per cart, no water, rakes on course. One foursome teeing off every 15 minutes. Range is OPEN. Rough: 3-5 inches high, very difficult to find the ball. Traps: terrible, hardpan and weeds, played as GUR. Fairways: back nine in better condition than the front BUT they are working (mowing) on them. Greens: little bumpy (front), medium to slow, again the back is better than the front. POP: 4 hours Not worth the $60 green fee but when you haven't played in a month......
