Weight Distribution During the Golf Swing

During the Golfswing your weight should start in the center of your feet and in the middle of your stance.  As you rotate your weight should transfer into the inside of your right heel.  This is where it should be at the top.  As you unrotate your weight should transfer back to the center of your stance and feet.  As you turn through the ball your weight should work its way to the inside of your left heel.  The biggest problem I see is people shifting their weight too quickly to their front foot and also shifting their weight outside their feet.  Next time you play try to keep your weight inside your feet and more toward your heels then toes.  This should help you make better contact with the ball.
