Tee boxes are mostly in good shape, some were a little thin and some need a little leveling but most are in fine shape. The first tee box has been re-sodded and is lush and level, a big improvement from what it was. Fairways are in real nice condition, mostly green with some minor brown spots, providing nice lies with good roll out. Rough is in good shape, playing between 1-3 inches and thick. Was in one greenside bunker that had a good layer of soft white sand, the rest looked to be in the same condition. Greens are really nice right now, rolling smooth at medium/fast pace and playing semi-soft. Overall condition are really nice and well worth a trip to play. » Close Played 5-23-23 early morning as a single, playing in 2 hours and 45 minutes on a semi damp morning. Tee boxes were just okay, a little shaggy and I did have to search for a level spot on some of them. Fairways were in decent shape, there are a few different types of grass but they were all mostly green and cut to the same length. Rough is the same mix as the fairways, it was cut fairly short along fairways and about two to three inches around greens. Was in one greenside bunker that had thin compacted sand, and one fairway bunker that had a good layer of very soft brown sand. I did notice the liner showing through on a few of the greenside bunkers. Greens were in pretty good condition rolling medium/slow, fairly smooth and playing a little on the soft side. Overall conditions are okay for playing, but I have seen it better. » Close Played 5-11-23 early morning walking as a single for $39 and finishing in a little over 2 1/2 hours. Tee boxes were in good shape, mostly level, and cut tight with minimal damage on par threes. Fairways were in nice shape, green and lush with nice lies and decent roll out. Rough is in good condition, playing at about 1-2 inches and fairly easy to hit from. Was in a couple of greenside bunkers that were in really good shape with a good layer of nice white sand. Greens were playing medium/soft and rolling smooth with an occasional minor bump. Overall course is really nice condition right now and very green. Haven't played here since all the rain so it was interesting to see some of the changes. Course routing is still the same but some of the visuals have changed. On some of the walls in the creeks they now have big boulders to shore them up, looks great. The bunker that was to the left of the 13 hole has been washed away and the left side of the green is right on the edge of creek. The cart path that was just short of the 15 green is gone, and the rock wall that is there now is much closer to the green then it used to be. They have done a great job with taking care of the damage done by all the rain. » Close Played 5-7-23 early morning walking as a single in about 3 1/2 hours with some minor waiting ,but nothing to complain about. Course is still in really good shape from tee to green. Great lies in the fairways with nice padding. Rough 2-3 inches and thick. Bunkers really nice white fluffy sand. Tees lush and level. Greens rolling smooth at medium pace. This is one of the best courses in the state that every golfer should play at least once. » Close Played in the GM/GK outing on 5-1-23 with a 10am shotgun start, and finishing in a little under 5 hours. Tee boxes were in decent shape, cut tight and mostly level with some minor divot damage on par threes. Fairways were in good condition, semi-lush with good lies and decent roll out. Rough was not that much longer than the fairways, and in about the same shape. Was in a couple of greenside bunkers that had a good layer of nice white sand. Greens were very disappointing, slow and bumpy with the Poa Ana being in full bloom, so not to many putts would stay online. Short track with a decent layout. Okay for a lower end private course. » Close
