Glad to hear TM will be around for a while again.

I'm surprised that their company only went and sold for that amount being said as the leading global brand.

revenue has been steadily dropping from $1.5B to $500M last year, add R&D and sponsorship costs and the valuation may be high. I feel for the employees and pending streamlining. Most capital investment firms don't buy to keep.
