Creekside/Hillside nines, Wednesday 22 Sep twosome 12:15 tee, golfnow 'hot deals' $23 riding. Millionaires golf today (had the course to ourselves). Nice club feel with good facilities all around. Nice staff in pro shop and big grill with very good F&B. For $5 you can hit unlimited balls on the grass prac/fac with TWO pitching/chipping greens. The practice green is very large adjacent to the prac/fac. Teed off on time on well manicured course although the tees are extremely tired and hard to find a good area for footing. Fairways generally in good shape with thinning in places and some bare spots; running long. Rough is good but inconsistent tee to green; some areas lush, some thin and bare. Sand is good, and greens in very good shape but slow and sometimes bumpy. I believe there is more Poa than bent on the greens. Very soft though and holding all shots. No drinks cart today AND playing Creekside/Hillside you DO NOT pass the clubhouse on the turn. Lots of water stations and restroom for the loop. Design was of average challenge but we enjoyed it just the same. (see photos)

But the late aration of the greens has really come in & the overall course maintanace makes it very nice. Lots of water in play on the Hillside part of the course. And you have the houseing around the whole development. I Put one in the back yard, no damage, and the owner was great about it as was my apology. Even offered us some ice tea. lol Nice 18th for me. 327 total with a creek about 240 out. short 2nd and hopefully a birdie......... to make you come back and play again. KW

Brentwood is a a very nice course with plenty of water. Can be hazardouz with the wind. Played on 5/7, friday for $ 35 (w/cart) after llam with no wind and 77 degress. The course is under new ownership & it looks like they are trying to keep the place a great place to play. tee's, fairways, and greens were very good. The bunkers, they need a lot of help & hopefully they will bring those back into play. Pace of play was in the 4 plus.And the cute cart girl was seen often. Good customer service. Definatly will play here more often......KW

After destroying the greens with herbicide, and then doing nothing to reseed and bring them back, the course has plugged the greens and sanded them....if they would sand them again next week and then roll them, they might, just might be playable...whatever they do, the greens will still be too soft and the aprons will be too wet.

Brentwood is a great course; however, it's probably not worth the green fee until they fix the greens.

Brentwood Golf Club has three nines and it is a bit different in that they don't all begin/end at the clubhouse. The course is surounded by houses, but they are not so close as to make it feel "closed in". Water comes into play on many of the holes and the wind (especially in the afternoon) is almost always a factor. The practice facility is excellent with a grass-tee range, a bunker/chipping practice area, a generous pitching practice area and a putting green. The staff was friendly and all in all it was a good value with an on-line deal!

Played the Creekside & Hillside 18 with my son & a buddy. Nice course. We play there every couple of monthes or more... Nice greens, tee boxes, fairway, & ruff not to long at all.."But.... & please let them know..." The Bunkers were Crap! Either muddy & wet or like hitting off of the cart path. "Did they rake them all weekend".. I was not a happy camper at all... I usally get out of bunkers in 1... Got the golfnow.com for $5o compared to $70 regular on a weekend....
