redhawk is a must play, tho we played on aerated greens, conditions were really good. has some memorable par 3s and quite a difficult course. beverage cart came by twice and had an enjoyable time. will come back soon, redhawk is well worth the drive.

played 9/27 sunday at noon, finished around 5 hrs. as stated before, there is a temp green on #1. greens were smooth and med/fast speed. had a great time... also there is really 19th hole! its a par 3 around 140 yards.

i agree with golferaddict2's review for the most part.... i wouldnt say that its a 3.2 though. first off pace of play is terrible (5.5 hrs), ppl playing behind us were extremely inconsiderate( alot of players here are like that), they seemed to not understand that there is traffic on the course and we cant do anything about it, but they kept on hitting into us. to the golf course.... the fairways are terrible, there is alot a ground under repair, patches of new replacement grass, dirt/thin lies -- this could be due to ppl not filling divots, sand in bunkers are very inconsistent. greens were sanded a bit, but fun to putt on, and again ppl dont fix their divots. like golferaddict said, this used to be one of my favorite places to play, but a jammed packed golf course and rude golfers make me want to think twice. the layout is challenging and that is why i come back. but i will return in a couple of months.

course is in good shape, greens arent as smooth or quick as before the summer but definitely good enough as they are still sneaky fast. played as a 2some at 3pm and finished in just under 3.5 hours. it was the luck of the draw today not too many ppl on the course. had a great time and will continue to come back again

i think there is a reason y san dimas won the award best worth the green fee for la county. conditions are good to great nothing to complain about, greens are the best ive putted on for a muni. there is gps on carts. the course isnt too long, all the par 5s are sub 500, but some of 5s make up for the holes being shorter with premium on accuracy or extreme doglegs. i played here twice in the last week and customer service is excellent. there are huge powerlines on some holes that you have to deal with, but no biggie for me. the layout isnt anything spectacular but all in all the round was very enjoyable and will be back.

- tee time sat 4/4 at 853am teed off around 9. it took us 4.5 hours to finish 17 holes(yes, 17). by hole 2 we were the second group waiting at the tee box, as it was like this the whole round. there was a bit of miscommunication with a shotgun tourney starting so that is why we were not able to finish 18 holes. i wasnt too happy, including the group behind us so we went to the pro shop to voice our displeasure. the staff had to get the manager, Craig and he resolved the problem. I have played here for almost a decade, and because of the manager i will continue playing here for a long time. with that in mind, the greens are truly the best i have ever seen at this course. they used to be slow and bumpy. now they are speedier and smooth. i was quite impressed with the conditions of their greens. tee boxes fairways and bunkers are decent to good shape. beverage lady passed by 3x and marshall once.

played only 9 holes fri 3/27. greens were really good(last time maybe 8 months ago i played here the greens were slow and bumpy). conditions were great overall. sand was soft, fairways rough were good. tee boxes were excellent. i was surprised how well maintained it was. keep your tee shots in the fairway unless u like punching out of the treelined rough!!

tee time fri 2/20 1258, teed off 10 mins later. was expecting to only finish 16 holes at best bc the pace of play here is usually slow... low and behold we finished at 530. greens could be a bit faster id say, but good enough. overall course is in good condition, bev cart and marshall passed by 3x.

came back here and wasnt as windy. fairways are pretty good but theres some patchy yellow grass(winter?). greens have brown spots on a couple of holes but still roll fast and true overall. tee boxes are ok with some uneven lies. ive played here twice but each time the customer service was top notch. will come back here again was an enjoyable experience

played fri 1/16 tee time 1125 teed off at 12, but was expectting this. finished at 445 so that was pleasant compared to normal pace of play. flat long course, greens soft and bumpy but uniform speed. fairways and its an open course so if u hit your driver a decent distance youll be alright. saw cart girl and marshalls at least 5x.
