Got out on Sunday 14 Aug at 3:00 for twilight. Course was really slow and the marshall told us it was due to two tournaments going out that day. Ending up fixing 5 ball marks per green since we were always waiting on tee boxes and fairways. Course was in great shape otherwise.

Got in a morning round on Thursday, 04 Aug with a little morning fog. Used a 2-for-1 from Red Dot which made the round very cheap! The greens were slotted with some maintenance of dry areas with small punches. But overall, the course was in great shape. Will definitely return.

Played in our clubs annual tourney this past Sat/Sun. Course is in great shape. Definitely challenging and well worth the price and drive!

Played the long course 17 June on punched and sanded greens with a howling 18mph wind. But with a 2-for-1 Red Dot coupon, couldn't beat the ultra cheap round. Once you get used to the dry, sandy, run-off channel that the course is built around, you'll have a pleasant round.

Played in a tournament on Lagos/Vista which was really slow (almost 6 hours). Course is in great shape. The wind was blowing at 16mph and with the OB, there were some very high scores from the tourney. With summer rates, the course is a bargain.

Played in a tourney on 19 June which accounted for the slow round. With summer rates in effect, if you can tolerate the heat, the course is in outstanding shape and a great bargain!

Aside from some idiots a few groups in front of us who thought maintaining a 5.5 hour pace was fine (so they become a 6-some), the course was enjoyable. Too bad it finally took several complaints for a marshall to finally come out and kick them off the course.

the course is in great shape but their staff is very inconsistent. some of the golf shop staff will give you a rain check for a donavon daily rate and tell you it can be applied for a round. but other shop staff will say the rain check is only for face value credit and does not cover the cost of a round. there's something wrong here!

Played 9/9 and the course is in awful shape. 60% of fairways are being repaired with strips of sod or have GUR boundaries. All of them have bare spots are are over watered. Running into standing water on a fairway at 10am with 100deg weather and no sprinklers running doesn't make sense. And it looks like there's a fungus attacking the greens. There were a ton of maintenance people running around, so hopefully the course will be back in shape within a few months. I won't be going back for at 3 months.

Played 7/13 at 9:45 and it felt like we had the entire course to ourselves. Course may have a few wet spots due to heavy summer watering, but they keep it in great shape! The only sour note is the inconsistency of the bunkers. I was only in two, but one had nice fluffy sand, while the other had just a light dusting over compacted dirt. Just keep it in the short stuff, and you'll be fine.

played 6/29 and the greens have just about recovered. there were only two holes that were lightly sanded with small holes punched. even with the cooler weather, they're still watering as if temps were over 100. so, a few spots on the fairways are getting soggy. and they're still starting from the back 9. but nit-picking aside, the course is always a challenge and i look forward to another round out there.

Short 18-hole course with tight fairways. Good price if your working on your long irons. Pay attention to course rules, especially with iron only play on #17 and a penalty drop on #1 if you hit onto the #9 fairway.
