Played 3/28/26 1:30 POP 4 +. A very busy Sat. Waited on many shots but overall not too bad. Course was in over all good to great shape. They punched the greens a couple weeks prior. Most had remnant signs of the punching and coupled with the Poana grass, they were on the bumpy side. They were extremely soft. It was actually difficult to not have the ball stop quickly, even on chips & pitches. Very fun to see your shots spin back. I had one shot plug in the green. They were running on the slow side. They should be completely healed in another week or so. I noticed a couple of small dead spots near the fringes on a couple of greens, but most had great full coverage. Fairways have grown in well and were lush & green (Not Paint). Ball sat nice with decent roll out. Tees & traps were the typical trouble spot. Many tee placements had no flat spots to hit from on this day and traps were mostly firm. Greens will improve quickly. Still my favorite twilight course in SD. Although I have heard that they have done away with twilight rates, which really sucks if true. They continue to clear and clean many of the overgrown areas and the course is looking fantastic and continues to improve. New carts with interactive GPS. A definite recommend.

Played 3/14/26 2:15 POP 4:20. Course was in over all good to very good condition except for the traps and some tee box's. Fairways were green with good coverage, Rough was full but did not cause any real issues. Greens were great. Well struct shots stopped, others ran out. Ran at would say a medium pace. Greens are small and many have tough slopes which is the courses main defense. Was in two traps and both were very firm. The rest looked to be the same. Course layout is typical Muni with a couple of interesting twists. Not too difficult if your putting is on. A great course for an easy round with friends or beginners.

Played 2/8/26 12:45 POP 4:15 First time playing the course and enjoyed it. Pretty basic in design. Generous fairways with little to no trouble off of tees. Fairways very green with great coverage, but on the tight side. Great roll out on drives! Greens were in great shape. Mostly firm, but ran slow to my taste at a medium/slow. Lots of subtle breaks that were hard to pick up especially when the ball slowed. Was not in any traps but they all looked to be in great shape. Course was in overall great shape. I don't recall any "Signature" hole. Some water in play with one par 3 over water. A decent course that won't beat you up that was in great shape. Some very nice scenery when playing back towards the mountains
Easy recommend as a "also" course or warm up course if in the area for more than one day.

Played 1/24/26 9 am $165 Pop 4 hrs. A great day to be playing golf in the valley. All though the wind got a little fresh mid day but still very manageable. Course was over all in very good to great shape. Fairways had great coverage with only a few minor spots mixed around. Very green but tight, which led to good roll-out. Enough cushin to hit off but tight. Greens were in great shape. A little on the firm side and very fast. They rolled great. Traps were a weak spot. Was only in one but they all looked to be the same of wet firm sand/mud. Saw the cart girl once. Still continues to be a favorite course in the valley. Not typically as lush as many, but the layout is simpley a fun one. Good warm up area. Highly recommend.
