These clubs are solidly built. The driver and 3 wood are a bit funky looking as they come to a "teardrop" at the rear of the head. The 3 & 4 hybrids are the "step-down" style ala Nike Slingshot. I bought this set primarily for the set make up as I don't use a 5 wood and have my own wedges. I am not yet used to the uniflex of the driver and 3 wood as I used to play stiff shafts in those. Clubs feel heavier than my Cobras but I have only played 9 holes so far. The grips seem a bit larger than standard which is perfect for me. This is not a KMart of WalMart box set. All the irons are stainless steel and the driver is forged titanium. I'm 39 and have been playing for a few years, but I don't know my swing speed. Maybe the uniflex isn't for me? The putter has nice feel and is easy to line up. No 3 putts my first time using it. The bag is very basic but does the job. I have no fear of these falling apart and would recommend them to begginer or intermediate players like myself.
