greens were in perfect condition, sand traps were consistant...pace of play great. fairways and rough were fine. very interesting course with some crazy holes and some straight forward ones. the course will make you think and use most of the clubs in your arsenal. The price is very high and wish that they would make it more reasonable...if you have big wads o dough go play....

Very tight course, you will have to think your way around this course. Enjoyed the challenge and the conditions were fine for the most part. A few of the traps were. Inconsistent, the pace of play was awesome, the service was great. The price couldn't be beat. It is an old course but don't let that scare you. Try it, you will be challenged!

Greens were in great shape. Sand traps were consistent. They had a player assistant that provided water and helped with pace of play. Great to see Fairways were nice and grass was mowed tight Affordable and a great place to play.

The greens were in fantastic shape. The fairways were nice...just stay on the fairways as the rough can be hardpan dirt and run for miles! The sand traps were consistent and the pace of play was perfect and the price of this course is very affordable. I would highly reccomend this course, even for the extra drive out there in Riverside...you will have a nice round.

A great course in Ojai area that should not be missed....so reasonable at $19 to walk! and it is walkable...played a little slow on a wednesday. Greens were in great condition, sand traps need more sand as they are not consistant, fairways are a bit thin but due to the water shortage it is ok and playable. Beautiful views and a challenge for everyone too with the many tee box options. Don't miss this gem in the hills!

A challenging course....great prices, the greens were nice for a heavily played course. sand traps were consistant, pace of play not bad, some fairways a bit scratchy, but overall a fun course to play...it is walkable even though it is called simi hills!

the greens are great with a lot of undulations...hard to find a flat green so it is a challenge. tee box markers are the widest spread I have ever seen which makes it nice for teeing off. the sand traps were inconsistant and one i was in was hardly any sand and it was hard mud underneath which was a pain to hit from. the course overall is in great condition, but the pace of play was slow...they could space out the tee times a bit to make it better for everyone. Many traps were not raked....come on people...when you hit in the trap, rake after yourself...i found many footprints leading back to the grass where the player would have to step over the rake! it is there to use!

The course is in great condition with the greens running 11 on the stimp meter! Very challenging course with enough water to make it interesting. Make sure and have enough balls for this course....the pace was great, and they have a starter that cares. Oh, forgot to mention the wind does come up in the morning so be prepared...do play this course as you will not be dissapointed..

greens were rolling true and fast, a bit thin, but nice. sand traps were great with nice sand. fairways had some areas that needed work but overall no complaints. pace of play was nice. for a long beach course that has 5 somes it went as per usual. it is a challenge with trees and a bit of water....you will use all the clubs in your bag for this course. one of my favorite of all the long beach courses.

the greens were great...pins were in tough positions, tee box markers were the widest I have ever seen....no complaints, just nice to be able to pick your driving positions. pace of play was ok, course was crowded, didn't see a marshall, it is a great course with enough trees and water to keep it interesting...for a public course....you won't be dissapointed.
