Played 11/30 9 am had a frost delay,to keep tee times smooth took all delayed folks out on a shotgun start. Course is in terrific shape,greens,everything is very nice. Staff is always looking out for you. Only complaint is an old one,yardage markers are scarce,slows play,but its a small thing. we will return, soon.

Played yesterday morning; was first off. The course was pretty wet, which is to be expected that early in the morning. The course doesn't drain very well though; there was quite a bit of standing water in the fairways. The course was in decent shape. The course, if you haven't played it, is a nice layout. Some short holes and some tougher long holes. The par3s are picturesque. The greens were a little slower than I remembered and there are more houses than I remember. It's a fun course to play.

Always liked this course, even tho it doesn't always like me. Precision of the tee a must, fairways are tight, rough is deep.a very good test of golf, with a lot of different types of holes. Everything in pretty good shape, although a bit soggy, and you know what that does to the traps, and the grass bunkers are just as difficult or harder as the rough is deep and wet. Guess I should hit more greens!!! Greens rolled very nice and I made some putts to save my-----

Played on 8/8 in the AM, some very wet spots in the fairway & rough. #10 had so much water in one area of the rough that it was practically a pond (you can't see it until you drive over it and get the cart all wet with recycled water!). Bunkers on #12 was hard as a rock that your club just bounces off the ground. Greens were the best feature of the day, still in very good condition with all the heat.

My first time playing the course, I was suitably impressed. Course was in great condition, although I could never get the speed of the greens down. The first couple of holes were very narrow, with OB just off the edge on the right side. I was lucky my driver was going (mostly) straight, or else I would have been in a lot of trouble. I liked the 14th hole, "Carnoustie", with it's incredibly large and deep pit bunker short left of the green, and the huge tier on the green. We had a pretty slow round because of the group ahead of us. It can get hot out there, so we were glad to see the beverage cart a few times, and there are water jugs scattered throughout the course. Definitely NOT recommended for the beginning golfer, and I dread to think of how my round would have went if I hadn't been driving the ball straight.

Played this AM 7:30,, no one in front or in back,, place was ours the whole round. Redhawk is in great shape,greens,fairways ,everything, even the traps were/are in very nice condition, the staff is just what ya need, attentive and polite. I have a suggestion, not a complaint, but the yardage markers on the sprinkler heads are all messed up. some are missing ,, some are in the wrong spot,due to emergency repairs no doubt,, but,, this could be fixed with little expense.take care of this and this place would be near perfect. We upped our tee times to 3 times a month and its a long drive, but its worth it.

Greens were on the slow side,compared to SCGA or Cross Creek but held shots and rolled true,, they will speed up as it gets hotter. Noise is only near the clubhouse,all in all a great day on a very nice golf course. do the membership, its a deal. The staff was right on,,
