A perfect day on a near perfect course. I have not ever seen "The Inn" in better shape and have played it occasionally for 20+ yrs. Twilight weekdays $79 is a deal. The staff was great too.

Great layout and overall wonderful course conditions.
Greens were running at a consistint 9.5 and were very soft with no ball-marks...(great job on people fixing em).

Course was a little slow for a Saturday twi-light, wonderful staff..
Lastly, do not miss any greens short side!

My only beef is that when you have free range balls, do give other people an opportunity to hit 'em.. I waited in line for 25 minutes to hit balls and still didnt have the chance. They are called Warm up balls for a reason!

Played week-end of Sept 25th. They have routed the holes back to it's original lay out. New club house is done, with a nice bar next to it when you finish to grab a cold one. Beautiful setting.

They did start us on 10 first, which is OK since I like the front side better and it allowed us play them once we warmed up. The greens are still healing, but that said many of them are in very bad shape. It is a great classic course, but not anywhere near the quality you would expect for the "rack rate" of $170. Area residents can get the twilight rate however so it's worth the $70 to come up and play a beauty of a course bad greens and all.

First off....I'll be honest up-front - somebody took me to Ojai and paid my greens fees. That being said - I liked it a LOT! I actually liked the soft greens that held all shots - from wedges to fairway woods! Last time I played (six years ago) the front was the back and the back was the front....still a good layout. Fairways were XLNT - and a visual treat....especially late afternoon.... I'll go again....if somebody treats again. Definitely out of my league, pricewise!

wow, played again with golf group and still impressed with course.Course was there for the taking but it took me.They switched nines around so I had to play lost holes last.Sixteen got the better of me.Without a doubt one of the best par threes and I have played a lot of great courses. Wish I could afford to play there more often and maybe even treat my wife to the spa which I hear is also top notch

Classic course. "Lost holes" are among the best in the county. Great course but I question if it's worth the new high price tag. Still, a must play if only once.

Played on Valentine's Day with my husband. Course was a little busy that day with it being one of the "golf ojai" days. Pace of play was ok. It took us about 5 hours to complete. Hole #6 sustained some flood damage. Everyone had to hit from the forward tee on that hole, since it looked like the back tees were washed out. Also on hole #1, we were still using temporary tees due to the continuing construction on the hotel property. The greens were fast and the course looked in great shape.
