First tee time of the day at 7:04 AM on 10/20/12. Greens were in fantastic shape, rolled true with good but not too fast speed. Fairways were in good shape with some bare spots on edges of fairway.

Course itself is an interesting layout with a lot of sand and water hazards on the course. Very few trees come into play. Houses line most fairways as the course is the centerpiece of the Shea homes/Trilogy retirement community.

If you play early in the day (as we did) you don't have much wind. Afternoons can be quite blustery. All in all a nice morning and I will return.

Played on September 30,2012 at 9am. The wind was almost non-existent, which was very good. The golf course is fairly open, rough offered little resistant. The greens are the jewel of this course. Very well maintained and fast. Several holes are simply beautiful. I recommend this course anytime. The pro shop is small, but well stocked.

played 7-23 on a windy afternoon. golf course is pretty dry. tee boxes where level and had descent grass from the blue tees. fairways where thin and a little dried out. rough was not that long and also dried out. fairway sand traps where hardpan. green side sand traps where also hard with very little sand in them. greens where the most watered part of the course kind of soft with slow speed. nice track through housing development.

played mon 1/14, as a single, 3 1/2 hr round, met up with a twosome on #6. no wind. course a bit wet, even though it hasn't rained in 4 days. carts were "rough only". greens were mostly ok, maybe 3 or 4 a bit beat up, the rest were in good shape, medium speed. I like this course, especially for the price.
