I played here yesterday and had a great time. Granted, the three little mexican kids were there, but, if you get a chance to talk to them they're just trying to make a quick buck by selling you back your balls you lost. I see nothing wrong with that. This a great value course. I did find it to be a little flat and not that exciting of a course layout, but, that still didnt take away from the fun factor.

This place is great. Played for the first time 7/28/05 after reading the reviews and all the great things people said are true. Staff was great other customer (local) friendly and $23 w/ Donavan Daily was great price. Pace of play was excellent took our time and still finished under 4hrs. Best value in OC.

Even though this course is very short it is no pushover. Tree lined fairways with elevated, small, and well bunkered greens make this 6060 yarder tougher than you might think. The course is in great shape. The greens are the best I have ever seen them. This is a tough course to lower your handicap. A scratch golfer needs to shoot 3 under to match his handicap.

great pace/ course in great condition/played in under 4 hrs. and the price is right...the other oc courses need to learn from willowick......$20 rate at noon a great deal.....go play!!

Decent public course for the money. Perhaps a little short but pin placement was a challenge as sand comes into play for most approach shots. Greens were a bit bumpy and could use a little more time to grow out from what looked like airation that was perhaps a month ago. Overall a nice little course but beware errant shots from other fairways. Very easy to be hit so I would advise walking down the side rather than the middle to avoid being a target.

Visited Grandma and played here afterward on 4/20. Walked on at 4:15pm and managed to finish all 18 by 7:45 thanks to a fast front 9. Straightforward and flat. Greens were in good condition--they hold most shots and roll pretty good. Not very difficult by any means. Fairways are wide and flat. Think driving range with trees and greens. No complaints.

This is one of the few old style courses left and one of the earliest in Orange County. Always a pleasure to play here and the staff is helpful and friendly.
Go try Pelican Hill or Monarc Bay and let us know where you get the most bang for the buck.
