Played friday 04/12 so I'll just apologize that this is a little tardy here. Course itself was in great shape. Just in time for them to close down and punch today with no discounted rates.

Played the back 9 this AM...$38 bucks for 9 holes and breakfast, with a cart.

You need to carry a canyon with a mountain on the right and freeway on the left. Can use a driver to cut over mountain and get a good roll down hill (depending on what tees you play from). Also safe to use a 3 wood and aim for marker in middle of fairway. Either way next shot is downhill.
ALSO, if you hit into canyon, let it go. There is a drop area...and you'll never find your ball anyway, and only irritate group behind you.

Favor the right side, if you go left here you'll lose your ball on the range or barranca. Long par 5 that is reachable in two, but the risk-reward isn't quite there. Safer to lay-up and have a good chance at birdie.
