6/17 using their Palm card off at 750 POP 340 with really no waiting until 15.Early am mist and damp conditions thru 1st 9. Front 9 fairways recently punched with remaining nickle sized holes with current local rule to place if in one of the holes. Plugs had been swept up so lies overall were good. 10. 11 and 12 were just punched so there was residue to deal with and these fairways were well watered as well. The remaining fairways were yet to be processed.
The grass is tight and firm but with good cushion--quite healthy and the current work is to keep that standard--just a slight inconvenience.
Rough is cut to about 2 inches and is rather whispy slows the ball some but ok to play out of. Until you get near the greens and on the slopes, thick juicy and tenacious.
Bunkers mostly ok but some on the front were wet to the point of having standing water.
Tees level and had good cover.
Greens smooth healthy looking rolling medium fast and gaining speed as the day warmed. Really like the 6 zone approach and because the greens are large with lots of contour there are even more opportunities for interesting pin placements within each zone.
Very friendly staff easy check in and well managed golfer management. Really good to see Nikki at the counter today.

Course overall in fantastic shape.

Teeboxes very level with great coverage, hardly any divot damage on all the par 3s. Jaybejay11 and I played from the tips, so this may have been why, but the two players played from the whites and I didn't notice anything bad from their tees, either. Very nice tee boxes.

Rough off the fairways was not very penal. Around the greens, however, it definitely made you think. Great condition and playable, not unfair.

Fairways were just fine, I didn't have a bad lie all day. my playing partner did end up in one divot, so they were present. But I thought overall the fairways were in great shape with good cushion and still had some roll out.

Sand traps were not very good, they were hard pan and about the only downside to the whole course.

Greens were great to excellent condition. Very receptive and putted amazingly true. No bumps whatsoever!!!

POP was right at 4.25hrs, but that was our fault. We took our time. Never waited on anyone and were being a little pushed on the front nine, but picked up our pace on the back. Never saw a marshal, which was kind of odd. Saw the cart girl once on the front.

This is an amazing course. I thoroughly have a great time every time I play here. Excellent value. Get on out there.

5/29 using the palm card teed off at 800 joined by John and Kai friendly quality playing partners just under 4hr POP with no one insight ahead or behind. Finally a balmy spring am with just enough breeze to occasionally factor in for shot selection. Excellent customer service with easy check in.
Fairways are fairly firm but have good cushion the lies looking to be tighter than they are. Tees generally in good shape. Rough along fairways did not seem to be too difficult but was varied in thickness so a foot or 2 could make a big difference. However around the greens on the slopes and in the hollows it became absolutely beastly. You could miss the fringe by 3 inches and be in 2+ inches of entangled tenacious blades of grass just defying your best intentions.(and of course often being short sided did not help).
Found 2 bunkers one had lot of heavy sand the other looked to be the same but was actually thin over hard pack.
Greens were quite good and consistent thru the day rated at 10.5 for speed. Found too many unrepaired ball marks for a quality course that is supposed to attract a higher caliber of golfer.

Played This course on a beautiful Wednesday mid morning. The course is in great shape all around. Greens are perfect and fast but hold well struck shots. Fairways are in great shape and so is the rough, very penal and thick and you will want to keep your ball in the fairways. Bunkers are firm but very good as well.

This course is in the best shape I have seen it in a long time and well worth the $94 twosome rate We got on special-with a pitcher of beer.

saw the cart girl twice, on both sides once and the food and beer is great. The only problem today was the girl in the bar was a little salty and not in the best mood but the food and beer was still good. Play now while the going is good

I will make a few positive comments: -excellent customer service -nice practice areas. -excellent GPS unit on cart. -great deal with the Palm Card. -good to see that sand fairway bunker on #4 gone. It's now a grass bunker so it should be easier to get out of.

5/15 using their Weekday palm card, on a cool calm am POP 345 with a little wait on the last 3 holes. Easy check in, smooth start, paired with a friendly casual 2some. Course conditions overall are excellent with the fairways having good roll and good cushion. Tees lush and level.
Rough was generally about 2 inches long enough to stop the ball but ok to hit full shots depending on how deeply the ball sank. Rough around and behind greens and on slopes was longer and thicker making for very challenging chips and pitches. Bunkers have deep heavy well groomed sand.
Greens were reported at 10.5 rolled smoothly and at consistent speed. Really like the 6 area designation as the variety of pin placements provide for some very interesting locations.
Great course for a very reasonable cost. Currently doing some alterations, cutting down the size of that maw of a bunker on #4 and have removed some small trees left side of #14.
Nice carts with good GPS.

4/29 using the palm card stating off with a little drizzle which turned into a fairly steady rain for about 1/2 the time and of course when were finishing the last 2 holes the rain stopped and the sun peaked through. Good GPS and nice carts.
Fairways have good coverage and have been closely mowed which would have given better roll out if dry. Not much rough except in areas around and in front of most greens. Tees are level and generally have good cover. Some par 3 boxes were rather worn and had divots. Bunkers were groomed and of good quality but were rapidly filling with excess water as the round proceeded.
Greens were smooth green and healthy rolling medium fast even with the rain.
There has been a lot of effort to upgrade the conditions and it is really paying off. Too bad that there are too many customers and not enough golfers who have respect for the game as there were way too many unfilled divots and unrepaired ball marks.
POP was under 3 hours as expected for a nearly empty course.
Friendly staff easy check in. If you live within 60 minutes of the course the palm card provides an excellent value and the conditions are some of the best around.

Played om Thursday late AM using my Palm Card. A great deal! The course (greens) is just one week since being aerated. First of all, excellent customer service as usual. Greens: really not bad, another week and they should be OK. Fairways: firm and fast. Rough: 1-3" high with some bare spots. Traps: I was in 5 traps and 3 of the were very firm but there was a crew working on them. Excellent GPS on the carts. Great practice areas; range, chipping green and putting green. Cart lady came by twice on each nine. POP: 4 1/2 hours.
