Since Weber reviewed the South today, I will comment on the North course.
North is higher elevation than South and all the water drains towards the South. 43 degrees at tee off. Surprising the North fairways were reasonably dry. A few mud balls here and there. CPO today. Went out this AM to play temp said 32F yikes. Went to the course and of course they had a frost delay. Had cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich (wow a whole 5 bucks no tax) and came home. Went back out after Noon and it was a balmy 48 F but acceptable.

As excepted, it was and will continue to be cart path only for a while. Other than a brief shower on a few holes, conditions weren't all that unpleasant. Course has handled the rain very well. no issues at all. Greens still had good speed and rolled well and were very receptive. Despite the amount of rain, all the bunkers were excellent. I finally got my clubs out here so I wanted to play a “nice” course. I’ve been cycling around Key Biscayne a bit and have passed by Crandon Golf course, so I chose this as my first stop here in the Miami area. I played on Tuesday with a 10AM tee time. Well it finally stopped raining the sun came out and I got to play golf. My first time back here in over 20 years (OMG).
The setting of the course in the hills of Fairfield is wonderful. Great views from just about everywhere on the course.
