Before I get to the course itself I have to say this: This course had the best service I've ever had. Ben in the pro shop was excellent and Andrew out at the carts also did a great job. Extremely impressed with how this course deals with its guests and I figure this happens with all of Disney's courses.

The course itself is the easiest of the Disney Four and a pretty obvious "resort course". Apart from the 1st hole, the fairways are fairly wide and forgiving and any danger is pretty obvious. All tree lines are played as lateral hazards and it's not recommended to be traipsing through them (Unlike Southern California, most of Florida's venomous snakes don't rattle!)

As for the course conditions, everything is green, lush, and very much bermuda. Greens were very good with only a bit of ball mark damage. Grain doesn't take a lot of effect here, but it is present. Fairways were also very good and sand is provided on your golf cart for divots. Rough was present, but just wispy bermuda did not tend to stop a ball very much. It was very playable except for the thick patch my ball found on #17. Bunkers were good but probably could use a hair more sand around the greens and a bit less in the fairways. Tee boxes all appeared good to great.

The ONLY problem with the course appearance was the turf replacement they are doing on a few holes on the back nine around the greens. Other than that the place was excellent. I highly recommend the course and if the service is the same at the other Disney courses then I can't really see a reason to play elsewhere.
