I'm sick and tired of hearing European players bad mouth the U.S. Players in any type of competition. Susan Peterson has absolutely NO respect for this Country the USA, "were going to step on their throats" is what Peterson said about the US players. Ian Poulter "America is going down" is what he said during the last Ryder cup. Many International and European players come to the U.S. to go to school here, raise their kids here, permanently live here, get rich here etc. etc. So you Mr. Poulter and Mrs. attitude Peterson, American has already gone down (remember 9/11) not to mentioned WW2 when we help liberate your European countries from global genocide. A few years back when David Feherty interviewed Johnny Miller he said (Miller) "It would be nice if European players would thank America for making them Rich" and when it was replayed that statement was cut out of the interview because it was to insensitive to European players, oh poor babies. I remember when seeing a Japanese Man being asked shortly after the attack on pearl Harbor before he and his family were sent to one of many concentration camps, when ask what side he was on, he said " how do you choose between your Mother or your Father" That was a great answer because he new that this Country had given him and his family many wonderful freedoms and he recognized it. Many players should talk about this country with more respect America has been though a lot already Mr. poulter and Mrs. Peterson and I just wish all players would choose their words more carefully when describing America players. So go ahead and retire Mrs. Peterson, Golf sure doesn't need a person with your type of attitude anyway and to you Mr. Poulter who is enjoying the great America dream in his Muti Million dollar home and more in Florida raising his family on America Soil, you too should thank America for making you Rich.

Would agree that the US could have used some experience at the back end of their lineup for the singles. Obviously Pressel did not have a good day but when you have 3 of the final four matches tied on the last couple of holes with inexperienced Solheim players on the US side going against the likes of Petterson or Norquist you can see why Europe was able to make the late push to the win. Have to believe that if US could have had a player like a Lewis available to be there in the fight at the finish that she might have been able to get at least half a point.

Didn't hurt Europe team that weather was pretty tough over the first two days which I think played to their strength in those kinds of conditions.

Inkster was a classy captain given the circumstances.
