played here saturday 12/16 as a threesome. never played here before, but thinking it was a course along the river, figured it'd be fairly flat. WRONG. this is a pretty tough course for walkers, with a lot of ups and downs and long tee to green walks through some interesting terrain. certainly not a very pretty course as it runs alongside the river. many holes are very very narrow and close to each other, so it's very target golf oriented. not a forgiving course, especially if you're not sure where to miss. a lot of tiny fairways that roll out into a sandy/watery wasteland area. some of those sandy areas are very beach-like and you can hit off them but not fun. tee boxes were all pretty beat up, fairways had decent lies, some better than others. greens are in good shape but could not judge speeds on them all day. some were very soft, many of the greens are also very small. pace of play is awful. basically a wait on every tee box, sometimes 2 groups behind. overall a little over 5.5 hours. as i mentioned, not a course conducive to walking as there were no benches anywhere on the course. there was a cart girl, but she was parked. definitely won't be coming back here any time soon as the course is just too gimicky for my liking
