Played Cross Creek on Monday, 2-19-07 with a group from work. Even though the conditions were rainy and cool, this course was well worth the trip. The golf course is beautiful in its setting, and a challenge to all levels of golfers. Risk/reward landing areas, changes in elevation, sweeping views, guarded greens...a great golf experience. Add to that the well-dressed and attentive staff and you have a course that I would heartily recommend. A little pricey, but worth it on all counts.

Wonderful layout..no noise, no homes just the hills west of Temecula. Need to play this a couple of times to get the hang of the course. Don't hit it straight....bring a supply of balls. Some target shots required on tees and fairways. Has an Irish style to the course, very few flat lies on the fairways. Greens hold well but are fast and difficult to read. No quirky holes but a few very unique...i.e. the 18th. The best course we have played since leaving our home country club in November. Great value

I played 3 courses in the Valley this weekend with friends from out of town. Cross Creek was far and above the best play of all ! Pala Mesa was Yellow, and muddy, and Redhawk is just a mess. Cross Creek was a very nice play. We agreed that green fairways and tight greens makes for a great round !!

Course is a must play. Architect is Aurthur Hills (Bighorn).You can't just automactically pull out the driver on some of the par 4s.Difficult but fair,and pristine is Cross Creek

The course is in great condition. With the overseeding, the course is green and runs hard and fast. The greens are immaculate. All the sand bunkers are in great condition. I was the first one out for two straight days and I followed the groundskeepers through the course. I didn't mind because they were doing a great job keeping the course in excellent shape. The customer service is good too. As a first single, I completed two rounds in 2.5 hours. I went out in the afternoon as a twosome and finished in four hours on a light Wednesday. I don't know what the pace would be like on the weekends. I highly recommend this course.
