Long par 3 from the blue/black tees. Missing even slightly left or long is death. Short/right is your miss here. Aim at the right side of the green no matter where the pin is would be your safest play. The slope of the green will move your ball severely left if you land on the right or right center portion of this green, so taking dead aim at a left pin is a needless risk.
The green is a bowl that slopes severely toward the left back portion. You really need to use the slope both on your tee and chip shots to have the best chance of getting your ball close.

The tee box draws you to aim left, which is a red environmental hazard area and will catch any tee balls even slightly left. Tee shots further right take the slope and end up in the right center or even center of the fairway, so favor the right side off the tee. You can go much farther right off the tee than you think and still be in play. Plus the right side of the hole allows you to look down at the green, whereas the left side may produce a blind 2nd shot.
Your approach shot is severely downhill, often 2 less clubs than the yardage indicates. Anything short is a very doable up/down. However, anything over the green is a very unlikely up/down. Any longer iron shots that lands all the way on the green will likely release over the green, this is a green to land your approach shot short of to keep it on the putting surface for most approach shots/players.
