This is one of a handful of short courses I played while starting my drive back home from NorCal. I've driven by this course so many times, but finally broke down to play it Saturday morning. Nobody out there but me. Grass was too wet, so it was walking only. $23 for nine holes seemed awful steep for what you get here.

Conditions were cold and soggy, but not nearly as bad as some other courses I played on this trip. Still, fairways and tee boxes obviously haven't been mowed in awhile. Everything shaggy and soft from tee to green. I was in one bunker and it was decent. The greens were slow, beat up and bumpy.

It's a par-35 with 9 holes. The setting is nice as the course goes back up the hill and into the wooded areas. The layout is very tight with lots of trees, OB stakes and some houses, roads and the KOA cabins very much in play. It's not a long course by any means, but you have to be accurate to stay in play. Nothing too exciting, but then again there's not that much to choose from in this area.
