I had Johnny add this course to the database because I played there last week when back in my hometown. This is my childhood course--right down the street from where I grew up. I spent countless hours out here during my teenage years honing my short game as it's not too much more than a 9-hole pitch & putt. 8 par-3s ranging from about 90 yards to 160 and then one short, but tight par-4 of only 230 yards. Pretty flat and not too much trouble to get into. Small, simple greens.

It was the first time in several years I've played here, so it has more nostalgic value to me than anything, but it was fun to revisit it. Things have not changed much since I was a kid. Prices are still just $9 for 9 holes and $14 for 18. Walking only, but they also have pull carts for rent at a whopping $1 each. Mostly just beginners, kids and seniors (real friendly folks) out here whereas the more "serious" golfers will opt to play Del Norte GC or Salmon Run.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the course was in about as good a condition as I've seen it, but that's a relative statement. The greens were in good shape and the rest of the areas were mostly green/lush. Tee boxes pretty chewed up and ragged as expected for this kind of course and fairway/rough area (mostly just one cut of grass from tee to green here) a bit shaggy and patchy. The greens and tee boxes are what matter most here, though.

Nothing special, but still dear to my heart.
