Played Sunday 11/16 with a noon tee time. POP was fine at 3:50 but only because when we caught up with three terribly slow groups stacked up on 5/6 and no one behind us we dropped back and replayed holes 3 and 4. The course was CPO as to be expected given the intense rains over the weekend. We were lucky to not see any rain, though for those that know the course, it did not drain well. That being said tee boxes were 7/10, fairway 6/10, rough 6/10, bunkers 7/10 and greens 9/10. Despite the rain, these mightve been the best greens I have played this year. Smooth, exceptionally true but with some divots. Given their firmness the divots were shallow and easily fixed. My friend is a ranch member so we paid $150 which felt fair. Rack rate is close to pushing what I consider reasonable but when a dumpster fire like Skylinks is $100+ one needs to reevaluate how one judges the market. All and all - recommended at this time.
